Refund
Chanesman Global makes every attempt possible to ensure that a scheduled event takes place as planned.
However, Chanesman Global at its own discretion reserves the right for any reason to cancel, postpone or re-schedule an event at any time either prior to, or after an event has commenced.
Every effort will be made to ensure an event of equivalent standard is offered on an alternative date. If this not possible or you find alternative arrangements unsuitable and you request a refund Chanesman Global will provide you a refund excluding any credit card merchant fees.
If you voluntarily cancel your onshore registration, a request for a refund may only be considered if the cancellation advice was received in writing by Chanesman Global two (2) working days in advance of a scheduled onshore event. A cancellation fee of 33% of the total fee will be charged .
If you voluntarily cancel your offshore registration or that of accompanying person/s, a request for a refund may only be considered if the cancellation advice was received in writing by Chanesman Global seven (7) working days in advance of a scheduled offshore event. A cancellation fee of 33% of the total fee will be charged .
If a participant voluntarily cancels their attendance within 2 days of the start of an onshore event, any fees paid will not be refunded.
If a participant and/or accompanying person/s voluntarily cancels their attendance within 7 days of the start of an offshore event, any fees paid will not be refunded.
In the case of a voluntarily cancellation, a decision to refund or part-thereof remains at the discretion of Chanesman Global excluding any credit card merchant fees.
