General Terms
Every attendee joining an Chanesman Global CPD event is required to register as a participant.
Chanesman Global at its absolute discretion reserves the right to restrict the number of participants at a particular event in addition to changing an event venue, subject, theme, content, fees, dates, documentation, presenter/s, or mode/method of presentation.
If an event is overbooked, participants will be allocated a seat in the order that they registered and paid for the event. Any cancellations received by Chanesman Global for an event, will be allocated to participants on our waiting list in the order that they were registered on the waiting list.
Apart from any refund of the registration fee that may be due, Chanesman Global shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever howsoever caused or any costs incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation of the course and/or any of its component topics.
Insurance:
Attendee registration does not include insurance of any kind. Chanesman Global does not take any responsibility for any attendee failing to arrange their own insurance to cover losses of any kind – refer cancellation.
Copyright:
Reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements contained in any documentation provided to you by Chanesman Global is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Chanesman Global, and may not be taken out of context or presented in a misleading or discriminatory manner. No part of the documentation provided to you by Chanesman Global may be reproduced, copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form without the prior permission of the authors and/or their licensee.
Logos and other identifying marks are, and shall remain the trademarks and trade names and exclusive property of Chanesman Global and any unauthorised use of these marks is unlawful. Material provided and delivered during an event is for the sole use of the attendee and/or their current (employer) company.
Privacy:
Chanesman Global does not provide, sell, nor rent its attendee, member or client details to other organisations. The information collected on the registration form is for the purposes of processing your registration, creating and maintaining participant records, keeping you informed of upcoming Chanesman Global events, products and assisting us in improving our service to you.
In order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, Chanesman Global created a Privacy Statement. Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) established in Australia by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) apply to Chanesman Global. Event Information Indemnity:
Information (verbal, written or visual) provided at an event is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Information presented will not purport to be an exhaustive statement of all Commonwealth or State and Territory legislation, regulations, obligations or departmental policy in relation to law matters. Information may reference Commonwealth or State and Territory legislation or regulations and/or Departmental data and/or relevant Departmental policy.
